Our Inn Key Awards Luncheon is the GMBHA’s biggest event of the year. We honor over 300 hourly hotel employees across Miami-Dade County. We have over 800 hospitality, corporate and government leaders that join our hoteliers and their management teams to celebrate their hourly hotel employees, the “heart” of our tourism industry.
